MISSOURI UTILITY RATE ASSISTANCE

• As part of a rate case settlement, AmerenUE provided credits totaling $201,966 to LIHEAP customer accounts in September 2002. Another part of  the rate-reduction settlement provides arrearage forgiveness to AmerenUE customers through a program called "Dollar More Clean Slate". This one-time $3 million program will run from May 1 to May 31, 2003 or as long as funds are available.
