- Utility gas company waivers
- In 2004, one gas company will pay up to $300 on a deposit as
long as the LIHEAP-eligible customer pays at least $100. The company
will pay up to $300 for arrearages as long as the customer pays
$100. Arrearage payments are for customers who make 126 percent
to 250 percent of the federal poverty level and don't qualify
for LIHEAP.
