• Peoples Energy customers contributed almost $200,000 to the Share the Warmth Program in 2005.
  
  
• Ameren and it's customers donated almost $1.5 million to charitable assistance programs in 2005.
  
  
• ComEd provided $1 million to the City of Chicago to help low-income Chicagoans manage their winter energy bills. In addition ComEd’s Cool Care initiative provided $2 million to supplement the State of Illinois’ LIHEAP and $1 million to support the City of Chicago’s heat emergency response capability.
