• Low-income customers of one utility whose gas service has been disconnected or are threatened with disconnection can receive up to $400 that can be applied to both the payment of delinquent utility bills and natural gas deposits, $5.2 million for FY 2005.
  
  
• LIHEAP recipients of two gas utilities recieved a percentage discount, between 9 and 32 percent, off monthy heating costs, $6.9 million for FY 2005.
