residential customers in restructured states
- Residential energy efficiency and
low-income energy programs in all 50 states and the District of
Columbia
- Phone numbers and website links for
utility regulatory commissions, state consumer advocates, and
grassroots groups in each state
- Links to federal and state agency
energy websites, along with industry, consumer, media and educational

NEAAP is funded by a grant from the U.S.
