FY 2003 REACH Grants Awarded
Residential Energy Assistance Challenge
(REACH) Option Program announced FY 2003 grants of almost $6.6 million.
Seven states and one territory received over $5.2 million and nine
tribes were awarded over $1.3 million for REACH projects.
